This month, we are proud to honor Airman Stephen as our Hero of the Month. Stephen, a veteran and dedicated volunteer, has become an essential part of the Robin’s Home community.

Stephen first got involved with Robin’s Home by volunteering at our transitional housing program. Since then, we’ve been able to assist him with obtaining his clearances for employment and connecting him with resources for his VA benefits.

When asked what motivates him to work with veterans and their families, Stephen said: “I strive to see a veteran get back on their feet and give back to the community.”

Stephen’s favorite thing about Robin’s Home is seeing the positive impact it has on veterans’ lives. As he put it: “Robin’s Home has turned multiple veterans’ lives around in a positive way.”

Outside of volunteering, Stephen enjoys spending time in nature, and his favorite food is shrimp. Fun fact: Stephen was even a high school mascot!

Stephen’s dedication to giving back and his hope for Robin’s Home to expand and help even more veterans inspires us all.
